Extremely disappointing experience with Stella. I raised an exchange request within the prescribed timeline and followed up multiple times through different channels, but received little to no response from their customer support team.

The biggest issue is not the product itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Customers should not have to chase a brand for days just to get a basic update on their request.

If a company cannot provide timely support after a purchase, it seriously undermines customer trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stella to anyone looking for reliable customer service
