To provide a best in class service to ensure customer satisfaction, we provide both exchange and return facilities


Stella 36 hours exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased from the mystella only in case of size issues (subject to availibility). 

Exchange Fee: For all exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of Rs.200 will be charged, which will be taken before dispatching the exchanged item. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges and damaged product exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 36 hours Exchange Policy:

All items to be exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).

The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges and damaged product.

-Exchange is only allowed if there is a size issue. You can opt to take the next size you need . If the particular size is not available on the website, we will provide you with the gift voucher.

-If you have received any defective product, please inform it to us within 36 hours after the delivery with an uboxing video proof. Once our quality team checks the same, we will send you the new product.

Please allow 24 hours post exchange request to initiate and process

Please check the items, type of exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request by you  In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the items mentioned in the exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.


In case of damage only, the amount will be refunded ( UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED )

The refund will be initiated once the product is delivered and inspected by our quality team. Stella reserves the right to not refund in case of more damaged return is received.
